Getting started with Indie is easy, simply create an account & customize your setting/profile.

1. Creating Your Account

Today Indie only supports creating an account through the email providers listed. Click the platform you use for work and proceed with creating your account. You will need to accept the permissions to gain full use of the software - see Gmail & Calendar Connection.

2. Completing Your Profile (in Settings)

In order to make the most of your Indie account please populate the following information in your settings page.

3. Upload Your First Call Transcript

To create your first customer, from the Pipeline view click Add Customer. You can use a call transcript that you have generated on any platform and paste it from your clipboard or upload a txt file directly. Indie will then process this transcript and use it to automatically create new customer and your first notes which will then appear ready for your review.
