Indie connects with Gmail and Google Calendar (Microsoft Outlook coming soon) in order to help you stay on top of your prospects and customers. At this time we require all users to use this functionality in order to get the most out of the service.

Features

Lead Auto-Detect - Indie monitors your inbox for potential new customers. If it detects a new customer it will draft a response to the customer and save it as Draft that you can then send. If it is appropriate Indie will include a link to your chosen scheduling system (e.g Calendly) so the customer can set up a time to speak. It will also create new entry in your lead tracker.

Customer Tracker - Indie keeps track of which customers or prospects you have been in touch with most recently and will update the “Last Contact” date in your pipeline view. When you send a new email to a customer it will summarize it and add it to the customer activity.

Monitor & Transcribe Customer Meetings - Indie uses your calendar to determine when you are conducting a customer call. It uses the meeting attendees email addresses to match these to your customers and update your pipeline. If it link to a meeting is included in the calendar invitation it will send your notetaker. Getting started with the Email and Calendar Integrations is easy. Simply sign-in using Google when creating your account, and grant the permissions to Indie (as shown below).
